Description: Tai Chi Chuan was originally designed for self-defense. It has been refined into slow, graceful movements that develop good

healthy, flexibility, and calm spirit. Classes provide training/warm-up exercise and Yang style Tai Chi Chuan.

Description: Why meditate? Human desires are endless. By practicing Ch’an Zen Meditation, we can understand who we are, see clearly the

possibilities and liabilities of our situations, and ground our actions in an enlightened concern for other living beings.
